LIVESTREAMING, VIDEO, AND PHOTO DISCLAIMER
Please be advised that we livestream our church services online through various electronic means such as Facebook, YouTube, etc. Livestreaming, photos, videos, and other media explain the story of the Toms River Seventh-Day Adventist Church and its beliefs. It also provides valuable information to visitors to our site and those planning to attend our services in person.
Livestreaming, photos, videos, and other recordings may be in progress at our Sabbath (Saturday) services, and/or our weekly prayer meetings, Bible studies, seminars, and other events that our Church may hold. The Toms River Seventh-Day Adventist Church may use any recorded media at these events in materials produced by and for our Church, including but not limited to bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters, and other printed and/or electronic/digital media, such as our Website, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media outlets.
By participating in our Church services and events, you consent to the following:
(1) Being photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded
(2) You grant permission for the Toms River Seventh-Day Adventist Church to use these recordings containing your
images, likeness, voice, or statements, without compensation, credit, or other consideration to you in perpetuity
(3) You agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Toms River Seventh-Day Adventist Church from any and all
liabilities and claims involving the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements
While we reserve the right to photograph and record our church events, we also strive to ensure that photos, videos are used in a safe way and positive way. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed person, parent, or legal guardian. We will not knowingly and intentionally post any photo, video, or other recording that would be embarrassing, objectionable, or hurtful to any clearly identifiable individual in the recording.
Additionally, if you see a photo on our website or social media page (e.g.: Facebook, YouTube, etc.) that includes you or your child and would like it removed, please contact us at 732-244-6311 or email us at: TRSDA-ChurchClerk@hotmail.com. Please note we cannot remove your image from video or livestream programs. Please also understand we have no control over recording, use and posting of images or other media by non-church staff (e.g.: news outlets, etc.) and no ability to remove such media from publications, including internet or social media sites that are not run by the Toms River Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
