The Cooking Classes were held on August 20 & 22, 2018 by Carin & Ron Lynch, North America Directors of LIGHT (Lay Institute for Global Health Training) Ministries.
Carin has a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University's Center for Nutritional Studies. She is also the Cooking Class Instructor at the Wildwood Lifestyle Center in Wildwood, Georgia.
